Arborist Jin Kobayashi takes care of Sacred Trees around Shrines & Temples

Jin Kobayashi founded Arbor Japan and his team takes care of sacred trees and forests around Japan's temples and shrines to keep them healthy and protect them from lightening. He also talks about trying to fund tree care at the smaller temples and shrines which don't have much income by partnering with local craftspeople to design wood products from trimmed branches and wood.
