Art of Miksang Contemplative Photography | Mitsue Nagase

Mitsue Nagase is a Miksang teacher of photography workshops. based in Kyoto, Japan. We had a chance to showcase her beautiful photos of traditional vegan Japanese Shojin-Ryori cuisine in the talk with chef Bernd Schellhorn: https://youtu.be/zFHnhBM41-w

The Tibetan word Miksang means "good eye" and the practice of Miksang photography is training yourself to allow you to capture moments as they are without allowing for your mind to interfere using meditation techniques. The results are astounding and beautiful.
