Big Heart for Helping Dogs + Cats in Japan | Heart Tokushima | Susan Mercer

Susan Mercer and her husband Tojo have been rescuing and helping train and find new homes for cats and dogs in Japan since 2006. They recently did a crowdfunding campaign to get strays spayed as well as build a training facility.
