Takao-san Inspires Plastic Pollution Volunteering + Battles Pollution Politics | CleanUp Heroes Japan

Takao Fujiwara and his wife cleanup this beach area in Hiroshima near the Ujina Port 2~3 times each week and go to Hiroshima's famous Miyajima island to clean 2 times each month. They only started a year ago, but are so inspiring and insightful.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get him set up on a computer for an interview this time, but here we are walking and talking with him at his usual cleanup spot. They are true CleanUp Heroes in Hiroshima!

Thanks to Paul Walsh of JizoHat KK for joining and doing the English translation. Apologies for the poor LIVE quality, need to up my on-location technique, tips welcome!
