Deep-dive into Japanese Sake + Whiskey with Brian Ashcraft

Brian Ashcraft has authored and co-authored many books on Japanese culture, traditions, heritage, and pop-culture. In this talk, Brian introduces two of his latest books on Japanese Sake (Nihonshu) and Japanese Whiskey. #buylocal #japanesespirits #madeinjapan

These are two huge subjects which the books cover very well, so in the talk, Brian introduces elements of craftsmanship, culture, tradition, and the related industries such as farming, and the problems with supply chain and demand decline during the COVID19 coronavirus crisis.
