Japan & Asia's 1st Earthship - Sustainable Living & Guest Lodge Earthship MIMA - Tomoko Kurashina

Tomoko Kurashina is originally from Yokohama, but was made aware of the importance of sustainable living after the shock of 3.11 with the earthquake and Fukushima nuclear disaster. She talks about her 1-month challenge living without electricity and then her decision to find a more sustainable lifestyle which led her to crowdfunding and building the Earthship MIMA on Shikoku island in Tokushima prefecture.
