Lee's Bread's New Artisan Bakery - More Space, More Light + Signature Touches

Lee Utsumi is the co-founding head baker at Lee's Bread in the rural town of Oiso along the coast in Kanagawa prefecture. Today Lee and I talk about her new shop which she gives us a walking tour of as she describes all the signature items which have so much meaning for her around the shop.
