'Shacho' means head of a business, and bell brings to mind a concierge who assists someone, this is the concept of Eremi Rey Hermosilla who is the founder of Shacho-Bell. Watch the video of our talk here.

She talks about running a consulting company that helps entrepreneurs and SME's gain insights and support to be more successful in Japan. Her company helps with applying for subsidies as well as career coaching, such as how to organize your time and work efficiently toward goals.

In this talk, we will discuss Eremi's background working in Japan for major companies, working on immigration issues and becoming a paralegal as well as a business consultant founder of Shacho-Bell during the pandemic.
