Dr.Mareike Dorhege is a researcher and writer based in Tokyo Japan. Here she talks of her research and the current issues for shark protection in Japan. We discuss the recent film Seaspiracy and how she feels about some of the big takeaways of the film as well as what she sees as the most pressing issues for sustainability of sea creatures, especially sharks.
