Multilingual and multicultural Sébastien Duval has a variety of degrees and certifications and has been working as a manager with Japan Travel KK for more than 2 years. His job is to manage teams of local experts as well as to consult with businesses and destination managers to encourage them to provide services and products for diverse travelers - plant-based options, barrier-free, halal, eco-tourism and responsible travel among them.
