Robert Yellin has a deep knowledge of pottery & ceramics and the artisans who create them in Japan past and present.

Robert has been collecting, writing, researching, and developing a deeper understanding of traditional Japanese ceramic arts since the 1980s. He runs a gallery in Kyoto as well as has a popular online antique and ceramic art shop. Robert has introduced many people around the world to the interesting and intricate art of Japanese pottery and ceramics.
