This week Joy and Shirley talk about the WEF (World Economic Forum) support of flexibility at the workplace for all helps support all workers and improve diversity-inclusion. Women empowerment in India, sub-cultures and diversity. Competitiveness and rivalry amidst marginalized groups and making a conscious effort to support women and other marginalized people with a positive word or sponsorship to show support.
Book: Eat to Win and vegetarian-vegan-plantbased diet success for athletes' health, stamina and performance. Eating more plants is certainly more sustainable to keep a better balance between the needs of people (healthier to eat and healthier to produce) and planet (much less negative carbon impact than meat and fish) in balance with profits (better for the economy as well with a healthy workforce and reliable plant-based food resources).
