Jack Bayles and his wife run Alishan-Tengu Organic shop in Saitama. Now, Alishan has celebrated 30 years of bringing fantastic organic, vegan, and vegetarian foods to Japanese residents.

We talk about Jack and his family's business ethics, mission, and how the business has grown over time as well as how they see the future vegan, vegetarian and plant-based markets in Japan.
