Passing the Buck + The Sustainability Embed in Japan - Sorry that's not MY job!

Audio read of a Medium article I wrote about the assumption that all Japanese businesses have embedded concepts of sustainability in their core values - spoiler they don't - and some recent data in the travel industry showing demand for sustainable products and services, a notable Japanese business example that give me hope.

Ending with an argument for more transparency so we have a better understanding of where we are now and how to get to where we need to be in the future.
