Promoting Ainu Heritage, Diversity + Inclusion | Chuk Besher

Chuk Besher is the Executive Producer at 3minute Inc. and is a Senior Advisor in the Advertising and Media Division at GREE Inc. He understands the hurdles to overcome diversity in Japan as he grew up in Japan in a family of Russian refugees. In his career, he has been passionate about bringing stories of Ainu heritage, empowerment of Ainu women, and Ainu culture into the spotlight in Japan and around the world.
