Cyrielle Thomas is the founder of a Tea-Tourism business DOKOCHA which gives greater appeal to tea-related businesses, products, and services in Japan by adding multilingual and allergy information to store offerings. During the COVID19 #stayathome situation, she has transitioned her business to focus on a sister-business DIGITOMENU to offer a safer eating-out experience for both staff and customers.
