Vegetarian Chef, Musician & Translator in Shimane | James A Jack

Shimane is Japan's least known destination, but James Alexander Jack has settled in the city of Matsue where he is helping to build more appeal for the area through his multilingual translation work. James is also a talented Vegetarian Chef as well as a singer-songwriter.

*Unfortunately James' audio is difficult to hear although I have tried to enhance it here.
